Practitioners are pleased with having the option of Online Zoom or face-to-face sessions, as well as bespoke in-house courses which are can be tailored to meet the individual or settings needs.

Please see our latest scheduled training dates which consist of a variety of both face-to-face and Zoom training.  All our courses meet either mandatory training or a range of Continual Professional Development (CPD) training options which support and enhance practitioners’ knowledge and understanding of key aspects in line with the latest EYFS 2021 guidance and Ofsted expectations.

Our range of mandatory and continued professional development courses are created to develop and enhance existing knowledge, underpinned by both the UK Government National Guidance’s and the Local Authority partnership guidance’s to meet the expectations which are necessary to provide safe, effective, and quality care for children and families.

We follow Government guidance in relation to Covid and other outbreaks to reduce the risk of infection and only use venues which promote these key aspects. The number of attendees that can attend each session will depend upon the safe space available to promote health and safety, and the welfare of our customers.

Inspire to Learn will continue to honour any bookings made which may need to be transferred to an alternative date due to Covid infections or any public health issues or unforeseen circumstances.

We have recently adapted various courses, so they are online via Zoom. these sessions have a maximum of 15 delegates.

Zoom delegates are encouraged to participate during the zoom session and attendees will receive handouts to print out and use alongside the Zoom link to access the course. This enables delegates to evidence their learning both during and after the session and contains key information to reflect upon.  Relevant website links are also provided to support each delegate attending.

Local venues which provide face-to-face training will vary from 0-25 delegates depending upon the room size and course content. Each delegate will receive tea, coffee, and cold drink options upon arrival. Handouts are provided at the beginning of each session to all delegate’s to use and to participate and evidence their learning, which can also be used for reflection or to refer to cascade their knowledge.

Inspire to Learn provide Certificates of Attendance to everyone attending our sessions upon completion of the course and payment in full.
